What's the difference between Quick Start and Business Pro?
Quick Start gives you a single-page website hosted on my subdomain (yourbusiness.upwebs.dev). Business Pro includes your own domain name, 3 pages, and professional hosting.
Are there any hidden or recurring costs?
No hidden costs! The only recurring cost is domain renewal (~₹2,000/year) which you pay directly to the registrar. Hosting is free for the first year with Business Pro.
What happens after the free support period ends?
After the free period, you can reach out for updates at ₹500/change. I also offer monthly maintenance at ₹1,000/month which covers unlimited minor updates.
How does the process work?
1) We discuss your requirements over call/WhatsApp. 2) I share a design mockup. 3) You approve or request changes. 4) I build and launch. 5) You pay only when satisfied!
What if I need more than 3 pages or complex features?
For websites with more than 3 pages, we charge ₹3,000 per additional page. For complex requirements like e-commerce, custom dashboards, or integration with external tools, our Enterprise Custom plan is the best fit. Contact us for a bespoke quote!
How do I pay and is there an advance?
For Quick Start and Business Pro plans, no advance is needed! You pay 100% only after you approve the final work. For Enterprise Custom projects, we take a 50% advance to begin. We accept UPI, bank transfer, and cash.
What is your refund policy?
If we don't deliver your website within the agreed timeframe, we provide a full refund of any advance paid (for Custom projects) and you are free to terminate the project with no obligation.
